SHIPPING POLICY

Please refer to the Shipping Fee on check-out for each item, for our customers in Singapore. We ship by using SingPost, third-party delivery services or through our own personal delivery services!  For our Overseas customers, shipping charges will apply. Please message us separately to enquire.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We do not provide any refund or exchange for products purchased from us. We reserve the rights to replace the item with a similar type or value. Refund or exchange, if any, is at our own discretion.

CRASH REPLACEMENT SERVICE

We really want you to enjoy riding with your RANKING helmets that you have purchased from us or from our dealers in Singapore. If however, you have crashed during your ride, you can get a replacement RANKING helmet at a discount of 40% off the Recommended Retail Price.

 

This applies to purchase from 22 November 2018 onwards, with the date of crash within 2 calendar years from date of purchase by the first owner. (*Applies to first owner only)

Simply return us the damaged RANKING helmet with details of the crash incident and photos etc, together with the original proof of purchase/receipt.

The new replacement helmet has to be purchased directly from New Life Cycle Store. The 2-year crash replacement period will not restart after you had purchased a new replacement helmet at the discounted price.

This Crash Replacement Service is valid within Singapore only, and may be revised or varied at New Life Cycle Store’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any claims under the replacement service.
